Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 May 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and SnapFull regarding your use of the SnapFull Chrome extension and the snapfull.net website (together, the "Service").
By installing the extension, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. About the Service
SnapFull is a Chrome browser extension that captures full-page screenshots and provides built-in annotation tools. The extension operates entirely in your browser — screenshots and annotations are not uploaded to our servers. We provide a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.
2. Your account
To use Pro features, you need an account. Accounts are created when you sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your SnapFull account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account.
You may have one account per person. You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to anyone else.
3. Subscription & billing
Free tier
The Free tier is, well, free. You can use it indefinitely. You can capture an unlimited number of screenshots; only certain features are reserved for Pro.
Pro tier
The Pro tier costs $9.99 per year, billed annually in advance.
7-day free trial
New subscribers can try Pro free for 7 days. We will email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged $9.99 and your Pro period begins. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Auto-renewal
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual period for another year at the then-current price. We will email you a renewal reminder beforehand.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account page (Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription) or by emailing hello@snapfull.net.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops auto-renewing.
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual subscription.
- At the end of the period, your account automatically downgrades to Free. Your captures and account data are preserved.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-year, you've already paid for the full year and you keep Pro access for the full year — that's our refund policy.
If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@snapfull.net within 30 days of the charge and we'll review it.
Price changes
We may change Pro pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be charged the new price at their next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as the Merchant of Record. Your card details are handled by LemonSqueezy under their terms — we never see them. Receipts and invoices are issued by LemonSqueezy.
4. Acceptable use
By using SnapFull, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to capture, store, or distribute content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law (including data protection law).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass the Pro feature gating, including by exploiting bugs, modifying client-side code, or tampering with stored entitlement data.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your Pro subscription with others.
- Use the Service to abuse, harass, or harm another person.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these rules.
5. Your content
The screenshots, annotations, and any other content you create using SnapFull are yours. We don't claim ownership of any of it. We don't receive copies of it — your screenshots stay in your browser and on your machine.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use any content you screenshot.
6. Our intellectual property
The SnapFull extension, the snapfull.net website, the SnapFull name and logo, and the code that powers them are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service — it does not grant you any ownership of our software or branding.
7. Service availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may need to occasionally pause the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We may also change, add, or remove features over time, including features in the Pro tier. We will not remove a paid Pro feature without notifying existing Pro subscribers at least 30 days in advance. If we remove a feature you specifically subscribed for and you no longer want to continue, you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the remaining period.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.
If you live in a jurisdiction that doesn't allow this disclaimer (some consumer-protection laws don't), then the disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or, if you haven't paid us anything, €100.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — for example, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been told they might happen.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from Settings → Delete account, which removes your data immediately and permanently.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. If we terminate your account, we'll do our best to notify you and explain why, unless we're legally prevented from doing so or doing so would harm other users.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to sue in your local courts (in which case those rights are preserved).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
